Hassle-Free Refund Policy
Within 30 days of your Mackenzie Rae purchase an item in new condition may be returned for a refund as long as it is accompanied with an original receipt and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact your local sales consultant or our Corporate Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization prior to sending any product back to us. If a returned item is returned without authorization, it will be returned to the sender.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your Mackenzie Rae purchase for an item of equal or greater value for any reason, you may do so within the first 30 days of ownership. If the item is of greater value, then you will be asked to pay the difference, plus the applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items being exchanged must be in new condition with all original packaging accompanying the product. Please contact your local sales consultant or our Corporate Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization prior to sending any product back to us. If a returned item is returned without authorization, it will be returned to the sender.
Mackenzie Rae’s Customer Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee
Mackenzie Rae prides itself on our handcrafting and workmanship of the materials we choose for inclusion in our products. Occasionally, however, in spite of our efforts, a defect may occur. Because customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we offer the following Guarantee.
Limited Lifetime Replacement Policy
Should a piece of Mackenzie Rae’s product line be discovered to have a defect in the workmanship or materials, it may always be returned for replacement, as long as the proof-of-purchase original receipt accompanies it. The returned item will be replaced with an identical item. In the event the item is no longer available, the customer may choose an item of equal or greater value. If of greater value, then the price differential shall be charged to the customer, and appropriate sales tax will be added. Shipping costs incurred to send the item to Mackenzie Rae are not refundable. This policy does not apply to normal wear nor safety chains. A $5.00 lifetime Warranty Processing fee applies to all returns after 30-days of ownership. All returns are subject to inspection by our qualified craftsmen. Please contact your local sales consultant or our Corporate Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization prior to sending any product back to us. If a returned item is found not to be defective, it will be returned with a letter of explanation. |
